This property does sell "Subject to Approval" meaning the auction company will obtain Seller's Confirmation if they are willing to accept the high bid established at the close of the auction. If the seller does accept the bid, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement prepared by the closing attorney immediately following the close of the auction. This auction is not contingent upon financing, meaning the successful bidder will have 10% ready to be delivered to the closing attorney's trust account via certified check, cash, or wire transfer with 24 hours of the auction closing and will have the balance ready to go at closing.
