*Well Information: 2008, The depth is 100' and it was done by Larson Well Drilling.
*The old well on the back lot, parcel #2, was not capped from the information we have received. If you plan to do any type of construction on that lot, the well will have to be capped and you should check in with the Allamakee County Environmental Health Office for the process with that.
*The description for parcel #2 said building potential may be limited due to utility easements and bluffland setbacks. When the auction opened, there was a 50' right-of-way easement with Allamakee-Clayton Electric Cooperative, Inc. That easement has since been reduced to 25' and the updated easement was recorded on 12/22/2021. Buyers will also have to take into consideration the Bluffland setbacks and any plans for construction would need to be discussed and approved by the Allamakee County Zoning Administrator and Environmental Health, if a septic is being considered.
